Horizons College believes that all young people deserve and benefit from a positive educational experience.

Horizons College of Learning and Enrichment is a non-profit organisation with designated charity status. The College is committed to assisting young people for whom mainstream education is not meaningful, and to improving educational outcomes for all students. The College also aims to assist indigenous youth, and young people from low socio-economic backgrounds.

What an accomplishment for Horizons College! I had the privilege of judging hairdressing at the recent regional competition for the VET in schools section of the World Skills Competition, which was held at Horizons College. As an industry trained hairdresser I couldn’t believe the high quality of work being produced by the students studying hairdressing and at an industry standard!
